About Us

IABC will assist the underserved student-athlete to reach their highest potential, and increase their academic athletic success in the game of life.

This young man made up his mind to use his challenges as motivation and is still living out his baseball career.

This picture captures the very essence of our mission: assisting underserved children & young adults to navigate through life, overcome obstacles, and reach their full academic & athletic potential. This student-athlete started playing baseball at the age of 4, raised in a single-parent home with limited income & resources. Having the finances to play his sport was challenging, however, he went thru the very process that this organization is offering children and young adults.

Receiving assistance, financial support, and opportunities to get into other arenas, connecting to outside organizations afforded this young adult an opportunity to see beyond what his current situation looked like and receive that it was more out there. This student-athlete participated in and won several championships in Middle & High school Played in the RBI-( reviving baseball inner city) in Texas, where he won the Best Catcher Award.

Preparing for the first year of Middle school and working the process of monitoring of grades, integrity and forward-focused gave me the possibility to get into some elite high schools. From Middle school to assistance with completing applications to high school led to options to several elite high schools and then several options to play baseball at the college level.
